Cincy By The Sea sits inside the Island Club, a gated beachfront resort in Hilton Head's quiet Folly Field neighborhood. Walk to the beach with the chairs, umbrella and wagon we leave for you, swim in the resort pool, play a round of pickleball, then come home to a bright coastal condo with a king bed and a kitchen stocked for real meals.

Folly Field is one of the island's quieter stretches of beach. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon to haul it all, towels and sand toys are waiting in the condo.

Where you'll sleep

One king bedroom plus a pull-out sofa

The condo is at its best for two. A third and fourth guest sleep on the living-room pull-out sofa. It works fine for kids or a short stay, but it isn't the most comfortable bed, and four people in a one-bedroom condo is cozy. We'd rather you know that before you book.

Good to know before you book

How far is the beach?

About a three-minute walk through the Island Club to Folly Field Beach. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, beach towels and sand toys are in the condo for you.

Is there a pool and hot tub?

Yes. Island Club guests have access to the resort's pools, hot tub and kids' pool. Hours and seasons are set by the resort.

Is it a good fit for a baby or toddler?

Yes. We provide a pack 'n play, a high chair, kids' dinnerware and outlet covers, and the resort has a playground and kids' pool.

How many people can stay?

Up to four guests: two in the king bed and two on the living-room pull-out sofa. The sofa isn't the most comfortable bed, so four is cozy. The condo is ideal for two, or a couple with a little one.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, no pets at this property.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Before arrival you'll complete a short online check-in (rental agreement, ID and contact details) through a link we send. No app needed. It then becomes your arrival guide.

Is there a security deposit?

No large deposit. Every booking includes Waivo damage protection covering up to $1,500.
